The "Sustainable Forest Bath" activity

Description

Immerse your teams in a unique and responsible adventure with the "Sustainable Forest Bath" seminar. Designed to make your employees aware of the impact of their decisions on the environment and the organisation, this workshop places cooperation at the heart of the decarbonisation strategy. Set in the middle of a forest, participants are challenged to devise innovative, eco-responsible solutions in an immersive setting that stimulates both healthy competition and collaboration. It's a fun and engaging experience that strengthens cohesion while supporting concrete sustainable development objectives.

Detailed schedule for the day

Morning session :

Welcome in the forest: Teams are welcomed in a hut in the middle of nature, reinforcing the link with the environment. The seminar begins with an introduction to the framework and the challenges of the day: the aim is to raise teams' awareness of the challenges of decarbonisation/CSR while working in groups.

Setting up the scenario: Participants learn that they have to save endangered animal species by designing a sustainable solution (an observation drone or an eco-responsible hut)

Start of the challenges: Each team receives a set of specifications from a fictitious client, and begins designing its project. Unforeseen challenges, orchestrated by the coaches, disrupt the process and force the teams to adapt quickly.

Lunch break: A lunch break is offered, allowing participants to unwind while remaining in the natural and ecological atmosphere of the seminar.

Afternoon session:

Presentation phase: Each team presents its solution. The feedback phase provides an opportunity to identify the factors for success and cooperation, and to reflect on performance, sustainability and the results achieved.

Collective reflection: After the presentations, a debriefing session is held to explore the lessons learned from the game. The teams discuss the obstacles, drivers and impacts of the decisions taken, in relation to the overall decarbonisation and CSR objectives.

Optimising processes: The coaches help the teams to think more deeply about cooperation and working methods. The aim is to find ways of improving teamwork in the context of concrete projects linked to the company's ecological transition.

Number of participants

from 10 participants. The seminar is designed for groups who want to take on practical challenges and work together in innovative ways.

Duration

A full day, for total immersion in the natural environment and in-depth reflection on the decarbonisation or CSR processes + 1 hour debriefing with the manager over lunch.

A half-day option is also available, depending on the challenges and objectives of the organisation.

Venue

To be determined together. A space in the forest, in a cabin or a space adapted to the immersive context. This natural environment is ideal for connecting participants to ecological issues while stimulating creativity and innovation.
