Unite your staff around a shared, engaging and inspiring vision with our "Vision Musical Comedy" seminar.

We offer you a fun, immersive learning experience through the collective creation of a musical. Engage each of your employees around a shared vision and ambition!

Easy and accessible for everyone, our seminar enables everyone to find their place in the team, develop a strong sense of belonging and contribute to the realisation of a shared project. Guided by storytelling experts, professional musicians and our team of professional coaches, your employees will transform the vision of their department into a creative, memorable and lasting story for everyone.

Detailed schedule for the day

Morning session:

Welcome in a room dedicated to inspiration (auditorium, theatre, or adaptable space). After a presentation of the framework and objectives, the teams are guided in the discovery of the codes of musical comedy (how to improvise, sing and dance together). Our team will teach you the "hero's journey" structure on which all musicals are based. And they'll guide you through the process of creating the different songs that make up the musical in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Lunch break: A convivial moment for the team to recharge their batteries and chat informally.

Afternoon:

Accompanied by our team of professional coaches, your team is guided in rebuilding and taking ownership of its vision and shared ambition, using methods derived from storytelling and theoretical models such as Dilts (NLP). We work together to identify your group's strengths, opportunities, differentiation and specific ambitions.

Then, in the middle of the day, with the help of our teaching musician, the participants transform the vision they have worked on into a real musical. The sub-groups produce scenes, songs and choreographies, which they rehearse and perfect with the help of the coaches.

End of day: Collective performance of the musical. Employees take to the stage to present their work in the form of a show, reinforcing cohesion and support for the shared vision.

Number of participants: 8 or more. Teams are divided into sub-groups for optimal collaborative working.

Duration: A full day, adaptable to your company's specific needs.

+ 1 hour debriefing with the manager during the meal

Venues: In a theatre or any other suitable venue with a stage and an area for the audience. We can also adapt to your in-house infrastructure, subject to feasibility. We can travel anywhere in France and Europe.
