La Fresque de la Mobilité - CSR Serious Game Group activity

Give your employees a fun, collaborative way of thinking about mobility and the planet! With a "Mobility Fresco" Team Building.

This is a fun, collaborative workshop lasting 2 or 3 hours, with a similar approach to La Fresque du Climat.

The aim of this "serious game" is to raise awareness and educate participants about the environmental and social issues surrounding human mobility.

The workshop also aims to explain the broad outlines of the actions that need to be put in place to move towards a less carbon-intensive form of mobility, and then to open up discussions on the subject between the participants.

A real team-building tool, this workshop enables participants to come together to adopt low-carbon mobility at both individual and company level.

2-hour workshop - Individual actions

part 1: Figures, facts, impacts - The panorama of mobility in France - 01h00 (with introduction)

In teams of 4 to 8, participants use maps to reconstruct the current state of personal mobility.

part 2 : Role play - 45 minutes

By studying typical profiles, the participants coach the mobility of French households by choosing relevant levers of action for more economical and less costly mobility.

part 3: Commitment - 15 minutes (with conclusion)

During a group discussion, participants are encouraged to reflect on their mobility practices and identify possible actions.

Workshop 3h - Enrichment with the company's actions

4th part: Action! 30 minutes

Participants learn about the levers for action available to companies, and continue coaching the profiles that have become company employees.

part 5: Identifying priorities! 30 minutes (with conclusion)

They share the actions to be implemented in their company to reduce mobility emissions and optimise costs.

At the location of your choice!

This collaborative game is supervised by a professional facilitator who can lead one or two tables.

Each table can have between 5 and 8 participants. A facilitator can therefore lead from 5 to 16 participants. (Several facilitators are possible!)
