Let's move the CSR cursor... together!
CSR/sustainable development treasure hunt
A collective, dynamic and educational adventure

The benefits

A memorable collective experience that encourages commitment.
Actors for change, with concrete avenues for action.
A workshop that leaves a positive and inspiring mark.

Facilitator

Odile Rivière - CSR consultant and facilitator of fun workshops.
Member of the Fresques.re association and certified facilitator of the Fresque du Climat.

Course

After a short introduction, participants are divided into mixed teams by drawing lots to encourage cohesion.
Each team receives a route map and an exploration kit (map, compass, accessories, photos, etc.). Each team will be assigned :

  • a Guide, who gives direction to the team ;
  • a Reporter, who captures the challenges successfully completed;
  • a Treasure Guardian, responsible for the equipment and clues.

The teams explore the site to find hidden items and take on CSR challenges relating to biodiversity, energy, waste, well-being, etc.

Each successful challenge leads to a clue and a mystery word.
By finding the mystery word, the team accesses a secret card revealing the location of the key to the final safe. The team that finds the key opens the symbolic treasure: seeds to plant, local delicacies or a personalised gift to celebrate their success!
The activity concludes with a collective assessment, linking the experience to the CSR values and issues addressed throughout the game.

Workshop review

at the end of each session, a certificate of participation is given to the manager, specifying the date, the number of participants and a summary of the content covered.
This document makes it easier to monitor and promote awareness-raising activities as part of your CSR approach.
