Description

Treat your employees to a fun and meaningful activity during your next Team Building event: a treasure hunt on the theme of eco-responsibility!

Bring people together around the values of the company/structure.
Boost the CSR approach

Concept of the treasure hunt

Participants are guided through a trail of challenges and tests based on the major issues of sustainable development.
Each success brings them closer to the final enigma and gives them access to the next stage.
It's an immersive experience, tailor-made and accessible to all, combining learning, play and commitment.

The treasure hunt can be deployed :

On display within your organisation (offices, common areas, outdoors)
In a paperless version, for example via your intranet
It can be offered individually or in teams.

The themes can be adapted to suit your needs: waste management, energy, well-being at work, biodiversity, sustainable mobility, etc.

The game mechanics can also be adapted: riddles, puzzles, brainteasers, collective challenges, etc.

Course

After a short introduction, participants learn about the game and the starting instructions. They can play alone or in teams, depending on the chosen format.
The first poster is unveiled: it contains a CSR challenge or riddle to be solved.
Each correct answer provides a clue to the location of the next stage.
Participants explore their areas - corridors, offices, break rooms, outdoors - to find the hidden clues and solve the challenges linked to the major issues of sustainable development:
biodiversity, energy, waste management, well-being at work, sustainable mobility, etc.
Each time you succeed, the team progresses towards the final enigma.
The first team to bring the complete solution back to the host wins the game!
Throughout the activity, the activity leader remains on hand to provide guidance if needed and ensure that the game runs smoothly.
The activity concludes with a group discussion: sharing solutions, highlighting what has been learned and linking it to the organisation's CSR values and actions.

Workshop review

at the end of each session, a certificate of attendance is given to the manager, specifying the date, the number of participants and a summary of the content covered.
This document makes it easier to monitor and promote awareness-raising initiatives as part of your CSR approach.
