Concept of the challenge

Curseur can transform your reception area into a learning playground. The course consists of themed tables on which the teams will rotate, taking on short, engaging challenges.

Typical 3-hour timetable :

Intro
Rotation through the workshops every 20 to 30 minutes
Conclusion and opening

Team composition, number of workshops and duration can be adjusted according to customer constraints and group size.
The themes and game mechanics can be adapted according to the customer's wishes and the organisation's CSR values and commitments.

Themes : Sustainable development objectives, company CSR commitments, waste management, climate, biodiversity, etc.

Course

After a short introduction, participants are divided into teams by drawing lots to encourage a mix of profiles and strengthen cohesion within the group.
Each team is allocated three roles:
the captain, who motivates and guides the group ;
the secretary, who keeps track of good ideas and answers;
the timekeeper, who keeps the pace and the strategy!

Each team then starts its game sequence using a workshop sheet and progresses independently. The facilitator circulates to encourage, answer questions and distil a few extra clues. at each table, a mystery clue is revealed. You'll need to put them all together to solve the final enigma!

At the end, the participants join forces to solve the final enigma.

The first team to solve the mystery wins the CSR Challenge and goes home with a symbolic prize included in the service (seeds to plant or galabé sweets to share, etc.), or a personalised gift suggested by the customer to spice up the competition!
