The content of the course:

Presentation of the discipline → body warm-up → learning the basics (in particular work on the polycentrism of the body) → learning a choreographic variation → work on rehearsing and perfecting this variation (facing the mirror, without the mirror, face to face...) → stretching and relaxation. All this in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
