Caféology workshop - Discovery and tasting Group activity

Discover this caféology workshop from the association l'Orbe du café entitled "From the ancestral plant to your cup".

During 2 hours, our journey will take you around the discovery and presentation of the production process in the form of a private tasting of speciality coffee.

You will discover the history of coffee, how to roast it...

Your taste buds will be amazed by this black gold, accompanied by our pei sweets.

Conceived in a friendly and sharing format, you will discover coffee like never before at our partner "la Varanda des Zartists" and taste its flavours.

Theoretical approach to coffee & tasting: 2h

- Its discovery and history

- Its roasting

- Its different types of extraction

Coffee tasting in the form of a participatory extraction workshop:

- 100% Arabica varieties & 100% Robusta varieties

- Coffee selection

- Grinding, use of the manual grinder & adjustment

- French Press: use and extraction

Tasting of pei mignardises, fresh fruit juice & mineral water.
