Description

How about turning your next team-building event in Paris into a gourmet afternoon tea? This cookery workshop invites your staff to create five sweet treats alongside chefs, before discovering the secrets behind making cocktails – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

A two-hour culinary experience, ideal for bringing your teams together during a seminar, a company day or a team-building event, held directly at your premises or at a venue of your choice.

The programme

The pastry-making class (1 hour)

Once aprons and chef’s hats have been handed out, the group is divided into teams, each assigned to a workstation equipped with the necessary ingredients and equipment. Each team creates five sweet treats, whilst the chefs move from station to station to offer their advice.

Examples of recipes made:

  • Chocolate and hazelnut financiers with seasonal fruit
  • Banana cake with coconut crumble
  • Almond mousseline with ladyfingers
  • Chilled lime and cheese cake, no-bake shortbread
  • Dark chocolate shortbread with vanilla mascarpone and seasonal fruit

Cocktail demonstration (30 minutes)

Your teams will discover together the secrets behind making three cocktails, with and/or without alcohol: Mojito or Virgin Mojito, Daiquiri or Exotic, and Honey Moon (non-alcoholic).

For groups of more than 30 participants, the cocktail workshop is replaced by a drinks buffet (kir and/or fruit juices, soft drinks, still and sparkling water) to ensure a smoother flow.

The tasting

The creations are laid out as a buffet: your staff can sample their canapés alongside the cocktails in a friendly atmosphere.

The objectives

  • To strengthen cohesion and team spirit through a culinary challenge
  • To encourage mutual support and cooperation amongst colleagues
  • To share a moment of relaxation and unique enjoyment
  • To learn pastry-making and mixology techniques from chefs
