Introduce your staff to the world of chocolate with this cookery workshop led by chefs. Melting, tempering, moulding, decorating: your teams will work together to create delicious chocolate treats.

How it works

The session (1½ hours)

After everyone has been given aprons and chef’s hats, the group is divided into teams, each assigned to a workstation equipped with the necessary ingredients and equipment. The chefs move from station to station to share their tips and advice.
