An iconic French pastry, the macaron requires precision and skill. In this pastry workshop led by chefs, your staff will learn how to make original macaron shells and fillings, working as a team.

An ideal team-building activity in Paris for a seminar, a company day or a team-building event, with macarons to enjoy on the spot and to take away.

How it works

The session (2 hours)

After being issued with aprons and chef’s hats, the group is divided into several teams, each assigned to a workstation equipped with the necessary ingredients and equipment. The chefs move from station to station to demonstrate their techniques: making meringue, mixing the macaron batter, piping and baking.

Examples of recipes made:

• Plain and coloured macaron shells
• Strawberry marmalade with rosemary
• Whipped chocolate and coffee ganache
• Caramelised pineapple with verbena
• White chocolate and lime pastry cream
• Pistachio cream cheese
