A time for enjoyment and socialising, afternoon tea is the perfect opportunity to recharge your batteries. With this cookery workshop led by chefs, your staff will create delicious and elegant canapés for a sophisticated and balanced afternoon tea.

A friendly team-building activity in Paris, accessible to all, perfect for a seminar, a team-building day or a celebratory occasion, where everyone goes home with their own creations.

How it works

The class (1½ hours)

After receiving their aprons and chef’s hats, the group is divided into several teams, each assigned to a workstation equipped with the necessary ingredients and equipment. The chefs move from station to station to share their tips.

Examples of recipes made:

• Mini Breton shortbread, lemon cream and seasonal fruit: a crisp Breton biscuit topped with lemon cream and fresh fruit
• Dark chocolate crunch, vanilla mascarpone and seasonal fruit: a crispy base topped with a light mascarpone mousse
• Hazelnut chip cookies: soft and chewy, with chocolate chips and pieces of roasted hazelnuts
• Mini hazelnut financiers with praline chocolate cream: ultra-moist and filled with a melt-in-the-mouth cream

The tasting

At the end of the workshop, each participant leaves with a box full of homemade treats, to enjoy on the spot or take away!
